About US
InSo: Indus Social
InSo draws its name from the Indus region, a historic corridor of culture and exchange that stretches from Persia through South Asia. It represents a world shaped by movement, community, and the shared act of gathering, the foundation for a house built on connection, atmosphere, and expressive hospitality that stands apart among restaurants in Irving, TX.
Our Story
InSo was imagined as a place where evenings evolve. The space opens with warmth: flames casting a soft glow, subtle aromatics shaping the air, and music introducing a tone that deepens naturally through the night. Guests arrive in an environment already alive, not loud, not forced, but unmistakably present.
The room carries a refined elegance early on, then shifts into a more dynamic after-dark character. Lighting adjusts, cocktails take on bolder profiles, and the social energy strengthens as the space subtly transforms into an elevated cocktail lounge designed for conversation and connection. It is a setting that moves confidently from dining to late-night culture without breaking its rhythm.

Our Cuisine
Our culinary approach draws inspiration from the Indus and Southeast Asia, expressed through the heat and generosity of Texas. The kitchen works with clarity and precision, using flame to build character and depth. Plates are designed with contrasts: lively aromatics against warmth, brightness against structure, resulting in food that feels rooted yet contemporary, defining InSo as a distinctive Southeast Asian fusion restaurant.
